a) How can I make my reservation

You can make your reservation on the website www.umasuites.com choosing the dates of your stay.

Once you make a reservation on the web, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation number, information, address, and reservation details. Please check your spam folder as well and in case you don't receive anything, please contact us.

It is required to guarantee the reservation. A deposit may be charged to your card as a guarantee in case of damages.

To cancel, you must contact us directly.

b) I already have the reservation

Yes, all our apartments / rooms have free Wi-Fi.

Yes, our apartments/rooms have sheets and a set of towels for each guest. Also, we have basic amenities so you don't have to worry about that during your stay.

Yes, all our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

Yes, we have a safe in all our apartments.

The apartments located in Sagrada Família and Downtown Barcelona do have elevators. As well as the rooms in Uma Suites Pau Clarís and Uma Suites Atocha.
